I started my career at MI-GSO on the A400M program in Bremen, Germany. My role consisted in scheduling the program, in implementing a sound project methodology and in improving Project Management. More specifically, I was in charge of the electrical department and I was the liaison person with the final assembly line in Spain for their planning needs. The MI-GSO team was made up of approximately 10 people, responsible for the whole central section harmonization processes.
I joined MI-GSO at the end of 2003, after several years working in the design office of an automotive supplier.
I opted to focus my career on Project Management because of the liaisons among different activities (engineering, production, purchasing, quality, etc.) and because of the wealth of the exchanges with project stakeholders. MI-GSO provided me with the opportunity to be at the heart of large industrial projects, in a wide range of fields.
Built collectively by our collaborators, in their image and open to all, our CSR strategy is strongly encouraged by the top management of our group.
